Give this a try: Our version of Herbed salmon. A nutritious, healthy and tasty dish.
For 2 servings
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 teaspoons True Spices Fisch Gewürz Bio
- ½ cup of olive oil
- Soy sauce
- Salt to taste
Clean the salmon fillets of any bones or scales.
Brush with soy sauce.
In a bowl, mix the oil with our Fisch Gewürz Bio and salt to taste
Whisk until smooth.
Heat a frying pan with a little olive oil
Sear the salmon for 3-4 minutes on both sides.
Turn the fillets over and brush with the spice and oil mixture.
Cook until done - don’t let it dry out.
Serve the salmon with yogurt sauce and serve with a green salad
For the yogurt sauce
- 1 unsweetened Greek yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of mustard
- 1 garlic clove, pressed or finely chopped
- 1 lime
- A dash of Virgin Olive Oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
