Rührei-Toast mit Avocado

Scrambled eggs with avocado

A twist of the classic French fries… give sweet potato a try. We are sure it will became your favourite!


  • Feta cheese
  • 50 grams of sprouts: rocket, lamb's lettuce, baby spinach... to taste
  • Pomegranate
  • Your favourite rustic bread
  • Virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs per serving
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of True Spices Ruhrei Gewürz Bio
  • 2 avocados


Wash the sprouts and leave to drain

Crumble the feta cheese and set aside.

Peel the avocado and mash the flesh with a fork, add a squeeze of lemon juice and season with salt and pepper.

Toast the bread and brush with virgin olive oil.

Break the eggs into a bowl and beat together with the mix Rührei Gewürz Bio and milk.

Heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the eggs over a medium heat for up to 4 minutes so they are still creamy.

Spread the avocado, the feta cheese, the scrambled eggs, the scrambled eggs and topping with the sprouts and pomegranate seeds.
